This cart came on time and was very easy to assemble. All the parts were there, the parts fit where they should and the assembly took about 10-15 minutes (it would have been shorter, I read instructions 2 or 3 times before doing anything =p). The cart is nice and sturdy because I now have a bunch of stuff on it. It rolls easily, even on carpet and I love the shelves with the railings because loose boxes won’t fall off. I have a whole bunch of paper stored on top and the bottom contains a box of decorative scissors, a box of all my corner punches and 2 scrapbooks sitting upright.
I don’t really see any cons with this except maybe it depends on how much scrapbooking/crafts you have. I can foresee in the future wanting more storage for punches/markers/scissors. I was thinking about getting a scrapbooking cart with nothing but 12×12 drawers to store everything in, instead of the shoe boxes underneath this cart. For now, though, it’s just what I needed to keep everything in one place and am very happy. Thank you.

cheap sheetfed scanners : I bought this scanner after looking for an affordable solution to clearing up the paper that had accumulated in our house. This scanner has been fabulous and is really attractively priced (especially when there are rebates) for a unit used at home. I have been able to clear up multiple drawers from several file cabinets that included: taxes, receipts, recipes, magazine articles, bills, etc. I now am confident that I can actually located something when I need it for taxes or warranty work. The scans are clear and the text recognition is very good. In addition I find the software to be very flexible and works with my workflow.

Yes, I cringed at the price too. However, this purchase has been well worth it. I use it in my classroom. However, I do not allow my students to use it. This product gets a thumbs up!

cheap flatbed scanners : This scanner may work well for paper images or even sheet film but for scanning from 35mm film, slides or film strips, The scanner does a good job but is a bit difficult to operate. The buttons on the scanner don’t work as you think they should. I have figured it out but it took longer than it should have. it is worse than useless because it makes you think it will work. The res in dpi or ppi does not match advertised specs. I bought this to scan family photos and documents. It works quickly and the photos and documents come out clearly. I am happy with this purchase. Specs say 9600. Interface window says 4800. When you get into the actual scanning window for film, the max. scan definition is 1200, and the scans don’t seem to have even that res and are terrible in terms of lightness, sharpness and overall usability. The one I bought is back in the box on the way to return.
